Expert tutors · Personal attention

Learn from experienced expert tutors who actually raise scores.

The biggest difference between a good score and a great one is who teaches you. Our tutors bring decades of experience and the kind of one-to-one attention a tutoring platform simply cannot match.

Seasoned subject experts

You are taught by experienced specialists with deep subject and exam knowledge — never a rotating roster of part-time college students.

The same tutor, every session

Consistency that compounds. Your tutor learns how you think, remembers your weak spots, and builds on them week after week.

Genuine personal attention

1-on-1 and small groups only. Every lesson is built around you and your target score — not a packed classroom pace.

Not a test-prep factory. A score-raising system.

Most SAT courses dump content and hope something sticks. We diagnose your exact weak points, build a targeted plan, and coach you through it — so every hour of prep moves your score.

🎯

Diagnostic-first, not syllabus-first

We start with a full-length diagnostic to map your exact weak spots across all four domains. Your study plan targets the biggest score gaps — not a generic curriculum everyone follows.

👤

1-on-1 expert attention

Every session is with Suneel Gupta — 30+ years of teaching experience, not a rotating roster of college students. You get consistent, expert-level coaching that adapts to how you learn.

📊

Weekly 1-on-1 or small-group sessions. We teach strategies, drill weak areas, and build the pacing discipline that turns practice scores into real scores.

5

Test-day confidence

By exam day, you have seen every question type, rehearsed both adaptive lanes, and have a check-in routine that keeps nerves in check.

Drill it. Time it. Prove it.

Three tiers of practice — from surgical skill work to full test-day simulation. Quality problems in real volume, not busywork.

🎯

Topic Drills

Sharpen one skill at a time

Focused sets of 10-20 questions on a single domain or skill type. Algebra weak? Fifteen problems, increasing difficulty, immediate review. We isolate the gap so the fix is surgical, not scattered.

Includes

  • Linear equations drill
  • Command of Evidence set
  • Quadratics speed round
  • Transitions & rhetoric focus
200+ curated sets
⏱️

Section Drills

Build stamina under real timing

Full 32- or 35-minute modules mixing every domain — exactly like the real test. This is where pacing instincts form. You learn when to move on, when to flag, and how to manage energy across a full section.

Includes

  • R&W Module 1 (27 q, 32 min)
  • Math Module 2 — harder lane (22 q, 35 min)
  • Mixed-domain R&W under pressure
  • Back-to-back section simulation
50+ timed sections
📋

Mock Exams

Full test-day simulation

Complete Digital SAT practice tests in Bluebook format — both sections, both modules, real timing, real breaks. The only way to know your true score range is to rehearse the full experience, not just fragments of it.

Includes

  • Official College Board practice tests
  • 4S Academy curated full-lengths
  • Harder-lane emphasis mocks
  • Final-week dress rehearsal
10+ full-length tests

Every tier feeds into the same structured feedback loop ↓

The 4S Debrief

Practice alone is repetition. Practice plus the 4S Debrief is improvement.

After every drill — topic, section, or mock — your tutor runs a structured review that turns mistakes into your next score jump. This is not a glance at a score report. It is a protocol.

Drill

You practise under real conditions

Every drill mirrors the real test: timed, domain-tagged, adaptive-difficulty where possible. No casual practice — every set has a purpose and a clock.

Diagnose

Every error is classified by type

Your tutor sorts each wrong answer into one of four categories: concept gap (you did not know this), method error (you knew it but applied it wrong), careless slip (misread, miscalculated), or pacing miss (ran out of time). Each type gets a different fix — not a generic review.

Design

Your next session is built from today’s data

Concept gaps become teaching targets. Method errors become worked-example drills. Careless slips become accuracy protocols. Pacing misses become timing exercises. Nothing is left to chance — and nothing is repeated without reason.

Your tutor tracks these patterns across every session — not an algorithm, a person who knows your tendencies, your timing habits, and exactly where your next 20 points are hiding.

Digital SAT: structure, timing, and scoring

The exam runs in the College Board Bluebook app: two scored sections (Reading & Writing, then Math), each split into two equal-length modules. Total time is a little over two hours.

Difficulty follows Module 1 (multistage adaptive).

On the test

  • Craft and structure, information and ideas, conventions, and rhetorical synthesis — not a separate hand-written essay paper.
  • Every question is multiple choice with four options.
  • Pacing is tight: evidence discipline and grammar instincts matter as much as comprehension.

With us: We isolate weak item types, then fuse them under full-section timing so Module 2 pressure feels rehearsed, not new.

Adaptive from Module 1; harder routes lift the score ceiling.

On the test

  • Domains: algebra, advanced math, problem-solving and data analysis, geometry and trigonometry.
  • Mix of multiple choice and student-produced responses (fractions/decimals as directed).
  • Desmos graphing calculator on-screen for every item; centre rules govern scratch paper.

With us: We train when to graph, when to substitute, and when structure beats button noise — fewer slips, cleaner algebra.

After the sitting

Scores, reports, and retest logic

Numbers on your report follow College Board rules. We use that structure so practice weeks line up with what universities actually see.

Composite & sections

Reading & Writing and Math each score 200–800. Your total is the sum — 400–1600. Both sections count equally toward the headline number parents and universities see first.

Why two students differ

Scores come from the adaptive item set you actually saw — not a simple raw count. Two students with similar accuracy can still differ if Module 2 served a different difficulty mix.

Reports & retests

Official timing and detail land in your College Board student report. For retests, we use error logs from timed practice so a second sitting is a decision, not a guess — usually with at least one full rehearsal per week in the final month.

This page summarises the current Digital SAT pattern for planning and tutoring. Your official appointment confirmation and College Board account always govern check-in, device rules, and any accommodation specifics.

Common questions

How is the Digital SAT different from the old paper SAT?

The Digital SAT is shorter (2 hours 14 minutes vs 3 hours), fully computer-based in the Bluebook app, and uses multi-stage adaptive testing. Your performance on Module 1 determines the difficulty of Module 2 in each section. We train specifically for this adaptive format.

What score improvement can I expect?

Improvement depends on your starting score, target, and commitment. Students who complete our recommended programme typically see meaningful improvement across both sections. We set realistic band goals from your diagnostic and track weekly progress.

Do you cover both Reading & Writing and Math?

Yes. Our SAT programme covers both scored sections — Reading & Writing (54 questions) and Math (44 questions). Many students start stronger in one section, so we allocate coaching time where the biggest score gains are available.

How long does SAT prep usually take?

Most students work with us for 8-16 weeks, depending on their starting point and target score. We can design intensive programmes for shorter timelines, but recommend at least 8 weeks for lasting improvement.

Do you offer online or in-person sessions?

Both. We offer 1-on-1 and small-group sessions online worldwide and in-person at our Barcelona centre. Most international students work with us online with excellent results.

What materials do you use?

We use official College Board practice tests, Bluebook-format diagnostics, and our own curated problem sets organised by domain and difficulty. No generic worksheets — everything maps to the real test format.

Can you help with AP courses alongside SAT prep?

Absolutely. Many US-pathway students pair SAT prep with AP Calculus or AP Physics. We coordinate scheduling so both programmes reinforce each other without overload.
