Simple harmonic motion, wave properties, superposition, interference, diffraction, and standing waves. HL students also cover single-slit diffraction and resolution.
Gravitational, electric, and magnetic fields. Electromagnetic induction, capacitance, and alternating current. We help you visualise and calculate field behaviour confidently.
Radioactivity, nuclear reactions, mass-energy equivalence, the photoelectric effect, matter waves, and the Bohr model. HL extends to nuclear fission, fusion, and quantum tunnelling.
We guide you through designing your IA experiment, collecting data, processing results with uncertainties, and writing a report that earns top marks. The IA is worth 20% of your final grade.
